Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that highlight our products and services.
• Execute on daily uploads to channels that align with the content calendar and strategy our marketing team has devised. 
• Assist in creating and curating visual and written content that resonates with our audience.
• Participate in organic growth methods of  engaging with followers to foster a welcoming environment as well as expanding our community by interacting with like-minded accounts and possible clientele daily on each platform.
• Continuously learn about plant care and trends to enhance content authenticity and authority.
• Aid with client interaction and the team on product maintenance and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficient in photography DSL and Mirror less camera equipment and lightning requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Passion for plants and a desire to deepen knowledge in horticulture.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced Installer with a minimum of 4 years of nursery experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in installing nursery products, have a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate a commitment to quality craftsmanship. This role requires a blend of technical skills and customer service expertise, ensuring our clients receive top-notch installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of nursery products, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with clients and our team to understand their needs and provide tailored installation solutions.
• Read and interpret project plans, technical mock ups, and product specifications.
• Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and prepare work areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are safely stored.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new products, applying best practices in installation techniques.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in nursery installation or related field.
• Strong understanding of nursery products and their installation requirements.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
